“I usually love Bellami but I ordered the new boogatti and the don’t feel as nice the softness goes away after the second wash and the clips have already started to come undone from the extensions on multiple pieces .”

“Worst hair ever. I spend 325 dollars and they gave me plastic hair!! It melted when using ANY kind of heat. I called and complained and they told me that I needed to wash the hair first because it has product in it to keep it shiny. So I washed and and let them air dry... then I tried again and it still melted!! I had to pay for my packaging costs because Bellami only pays for shipping costs to return it.. I waited two weeks and my hair was still not here! They sent it to the wrong address!! After a month of all this, I asked for a refund and they ignored my request. I asked 4 times for a refund to finally get one. DO NOT BUY!!”
