“I got these because i wanted to match my hair of dark brown but these have a red tint to them. i took the tester piece to my hair stylist who told me i'd have to dye my hair with the red tint to match the extensions which i am not going to do so i had to return the purchase and pay return shipping.”
“Ridiculous to have to pay a restocking fee as well as paying to have it shipped back. Then to have to wait another 4-6 weeks to hear back whether or not you will even accept the return. Is ridiculous. This company receives enough money for this hair that there should be hair swatch samples that could be mailed out upon request. The videos of the purchased hair on line does not show the true color of the hair. I only opened up the sample swatch. My hair is sitting in the original box; and that’s where it will stay. I called the number listed the next morning after my hair came and I did not speak to anyone. I would sell it; but no one wants to spend $359.09 before the holidays that are coming up. By the time you pay the restocking fee and the money on a package and shipping you’re adding another $50.00 to send the hair back in hopes of getting the color right. What happens if the color is wrong again? The same ridiculous process that you just read about will happen again. If Bellami Really wants to help me then they will make it right. I’m a salon owner and I spend money on hair often. I have even had companies request a sample of my hair to match the extensions. I’m no stranger to high end human hair. Bellami needs a better system to help the client color match their hair. It’s not too much to ask as this is what a high end company should be doing to begin with.”
