“I have been meaning to send a direct message but I've been working like crazy. This is absolutely beautiful hair, however, I've never experienced this much tangling and shedding for hair I've paid this much for. The color is gorgeous, the fullness is amazing, and the luster is beautiful!!! BUT this tangling and shedding is absolutely horrible. I would've have never expected this from a company so popular and loved. I really had high expectations..especially for the price. I've been a loyal customer but the last time I complained I went ignored..I decided to give it 1 more chance but I think I'm done. I really love this hair but I've been wearing extensions and doing other ladies' extensions over 10 years and I've never experienced this sort of tangling and shedding.”
