“I ordered chestnut brown the boo ghatti set. The product is not as thick enough as I expected it to be and the hair has a lot hair breakage. I doubt it would last me a lot. The color is a perfect match though, very satisfied. The hair is silky soft and blends perfectly. The shipping was fast.”
“Usually use a different brand but wanted to give bellami a go. Such a shame as the Extentions don’t hold a curl at all, ive tried hairspray, turning my curlers up on a higher hear, they last about 1 hour and go completely straight. Also the boogati piece is far too heavy for my hair and pulls on it, so uncomfortable to wear. I had to cut in half too as it was far too long for my head! Normally wear this weight of hair with a different brand and have no problem, upset that I’ll have to rebuy soon as i am used to super curly nice waves! These are going completely straight after an hour!”
“I love the thickness and quality of these extensions. Shipping was in the time frame they gave. If you're Canadian you'll have to pay duty but it's not that much. I gave a 4 star because I haven't used them long enough. They can dry out pretty quickly if you're not using heat protectant and a hair masque... so take care if them ladies and gents”
“I've purchased two sets of the Boo-gatti extensions, and was so excited when they arrived. They are soft, long, thick and beautiful, but after about a month they started to shed and shortened considerably and would get ratted and tangled after only a few minutes of wearing them. I baby my extensions and was only wearing them for a few hours a day a few times a week. I thought the first time was a fluke, but the second set I bought gave me the same issues. Super sad because they are were so promising.”
“I have purchased through Bellami before and I loved my extensions. However, this time I ordered my set, and it has been about two years since my last pair, I accidentally ordered a shade lighter than I needed. When I received them and I realized I miss-remembered what color I ordered the first time I messaged Bellami asking if I could exchange them for the correct color since I had not opened anything other than the tester strip and NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME!!!! I'm very dissapointed in Bellami's customer service, I am a loving and loyal customer and I just spent 300$ on extension and NO ONE could help me? I had to dye my extensions, spending more money on top of what I spent because no one would get back to me on how I could exchange them. And now, every time someone asks me who I got them from I tell them Bellami but that I was very disappointed in their customer service and I'm not sure if I will use them again.”
