“The clips are cheap and one of them arrived broken , the hair tangles SOOOO easily (synthetic vibes) Literally doesnt dry by themselves and they dont take dye well ! Also the colour of the hair is wayyyy darker than advertised”
“Overall I’m pretty disappointed with my purchase. I had to pay the shipping here then back to Bellami and then to my house again. Ye first time I returned them they were the wrong color even though I had you guys color match them. It wasn’t ANYWHERE close to my hair color , it was like you guys hadn’t even tried. Then the second time I ordered them I checked them they had the wrong shipping label also becaus if you guys. I had to call and then the woman on the phone said oh my gosh you’re right you have the wrong label we’ll get another package sent out to you right away. Also! When I got the first package I emailed you guys and asked for the gold carrying case because I got the boogatti set and guess what! Never got that either and in the set that I kept after a month you guys didn’t even put the powder in. My extensions don’t even fit in the carrying case. Overall I spent like $400 altogether for extensions that took a month to get here, would’ve been another week late since you guys messed up the label, was missing things out of the box and were thinned out a ton on the ends even though everyone said they were thick all the way through. Honestly don’t waste your money.”
