“The hair had split ends. I contacted customer service, they told me to wash the extensions so I did. It was still crappy quality esp for $350!! I've gotten less expensive extensions from Bellami that were higher quality. The customer service was good though they were very understanding. They refunded me except for $40 the cost of the "free ponytail" that came with my order. I kept forgetting to mail it off so oh well. The ponytail wad crap you wrap it around & it's velcro so it doesn't even hold. You're better off getting a $13 ponytail at a beauty supply to clip in”

I got the bellami boogatti set in ash brown which I just dyed to dark brown and the hair is still thick and so smooth. I absolutly love them and will definitly be purchasing again from this company. I'm currently in Canada and did find it extremely expensive to get them here but after seeing the quality and thickness I think there worth every penny.”
