“Unfortunately these extensions shed like crazy. First time wearing them and little chunks of hair have come out right away. Then I have washed them once and lost a ton of hair out of them. They also tangle easily.”
“I recently returned my Boo-Gati extensions because the test strand itself was soooooo thin and had the most fly away hairs I’ve ever seen on extensions. What I mean by thin is that Bellami claims their hair is thick from top to bottom and that was not the case at all. Unfortunately because you can’t open the rest of the pockets with extensions or you’ll void the return I couldn’t even check to see if the rest of the extensions were decent. $357.00 you would expect so much more from hair extensions. very bummed.”
“I paid over $300 for my sister and can’t even wear them. They are super shiny and look extremely fake. I also emailed them about the hanger and not fitting in the bag and still haven’t had a response. I currently just have them sitting in the box. I have another set from the khalessi that looks grill I would not recommend Boogatti. I would like to exchange them but no one’s responded to my email and I haven’t even worn them .”
“Didn't like the color of the brown, it wasn't an ash brown as displayed on instagram. It was a more reddish brown which wasn't the look I was going for. I was unhappy with it, so I returned it. Ordering online makes matching difficult. Also the return policy doesn't allow you to try on which is understandable but a small section of hair is provided that customers can open and color match before opening the entire bundle of hair. As far as quality of the hair, it looked "wig-like" which is surprising, didn't seem natural compared to other extension brands that I have used.”
