The hair extensions were shipped same day of purchase, allowing hair to arrive a few days later. I purchased the BOO-GATTI 340G 22" in Ash Brown(8). I can not begin to explain how thick and silky the extensions were upon there arrival. Unfortunately, after a week or two I noticed a problem with my extensions. They were always getting knotty, even when I was delicately taking care of them. I emailed BELLAMI about my concerns and almost instantly they responded back allowing me to send them back free of charge for an INSPECTION. BELLAMI handled everything with professionalism and care. They received the extensions and inspected them, and returned an email explaining what was the cause of the knots. Even having an answer to the problem, instead of sending the extensions initially sent to me they are sending new ones. I am very happy with their customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking for hair extensions to purchase from BELLAMI. They really care about the customers experience with their products.”
