“I ordered a boogatti set and didn't receive my hair extension hanger and holder, so I messaged bellami to let them know. They told me they were out of stock at the moment and instead of holding orders, decided to send them out minus the missing item. They informed me I would receive an email with a tracking number and one will be shipped out to me once they are in stock. It's been a month and I still haven't received anything. I checked their website and it shows the items are on stock. I like their hair, I've bought other sets before, but probably will not buy a boogatti set again since they don't send out all the items when you order and don't keep in contact. Another issue I have is the stitching on the extensions is always coming loose. I've already had to resew three of my tracks to the clips. This happens every time I buy a set.”
