“Love my boogati hair extensions packaging was beautiful and so was the thick lovely hair. There was a bit of shedding but honestly there is so much hair it's not really that much of a problem!”
“When I ordered the hair extensions, they were on back order. So they just sent one of the promotion gifts. However, they never sent the Bellami gift set, they only sent the Mirabella gift set even though the promotion cleary included both. After a month, they STILL had not sent me my hair extensions, even though the site listed that they were no longer on back order. Finally, I called their customer support line which took over and hour because their call system kept randomly dropping my call and I kept losing my place in the call line. The only saving grace of this situation is that the customer rep was nice and put a manual order in for my extensions to be expedited to me. Otherwise, disappointed in the service with buying these extensions.”
“Wish I could give this company no stars. Long story short, the bundle I ordered went on back order a week after I ordered when I didn't receive my order their response was oh well, wait. They had a very nasty, "not my problem" response. Never again.”
