I was sent the completely wrong order at first. Really inconvenient. I contacted customer service, and they helped me out. I didn't have to pay to send the product back, which was nice. They wanted me to send back my free gift I got for purchasing the extensions though... The email response from Bellami didn't seem personalized. It was a very cookie-cutter reply they probably send to everyone with issues. I sent everything back just to get the ball rolling, but emailed them I didn't think it was right I had to give up the free gift for a mistake I didn't make. I ended up getting the right extensions sent to me, and the free gift sent back to me. I will purchase from Bellami again, because the boo-gatti extensions are amazing.”
