“I bought these extensions months ago and was going to exchange them for another color but I quickly had to leave for a trip for a few months so I never got the chance to exchange them for another color. Keep in mind I never opened the box, the extensions, used them or anything. I emailed them in hopes of just exchanging the color I did NOT want a refund or anything just a color exchange. I was even going to pay for the shipping back and fourth if necessary. Then out of no where they email me back saying despite the fact I haven’t used them or even opened them AND everything is in the exact same condition as they sent it to me they said I was past the 30 day return and exchange policy. What the heck? I wasn’t even aware of such a thing before hand when I purchased them. I am sure the extensions are great! I am just upset that they won’t let me return mine for a different color. This $400 dollars of my money down the drain. Since I bought extra things such as side bangs and the fast shipping option with it as well. Thanks Bellami”
“First, I wish they had more options in red. This is my third order of red from Bellami and although they’re all “the same color”, they’re not. When I emailed them about it they said they’re hand died so the colors will vary. The variations are EXTREMELY different. I don’t expect them to be exactly the same, but I feel like it’s not too much to ask that they would be at least close in color. My last two I ended up having to dye them so they’d match better, so then they don’t last as long. With THIS specific order I didn’t realize that of the 6 wefts you get, none are the single clip wefts. Which I definitely need to help blend my extensions in with my layers. So if someone from Bellami can let me know if I can purchase some of those separately, I’d be happy to change my review. As of right now though I’m super annoyed and won’t even be able to wear my extensions. I’m giving three stars because my last two purchases were great and the quality of these extensions is great.”
“I found that my set was way too bulky and it took me washing them like 4 times to even get my set to somewhat hold a curl. I have used them twice since purchase because i wasnt very happy with them.”
