“I purchased the bright red boo-gatti set thinking that based off pictures i looked at, they would be a close match to my natural red hair. The extensions are true to their name and are indeed bright red. They have a pink undertone when i was hoping for an orange undertone to blend with my ginger hair. I'm disappointed I purchased such pretty, expensive extensions and cannot wear them. My own fault, but very disappointed nonetheless.”
“After reviewing the online store I decided to purchase the Boogotti set of clip in hair extensions and was even more delighted to find out that with my order I would recieve a extra piece of hair which was a wrap around pony tail. Unfortunately when I received my package the pony tail was fake hair and looked extremely fake and doll like not what I was expecting. Then that same day I get an email saying the free gift that day was a styling wand. So I just felt like the hair should have been real hair like the clip ins.”
“I was very disappointed when I received my BOO-GATTI extensions. Instead of the fiery red that I was expecting, they were a distinct shade of pink. I wanted them for the holiday ( I received them the week before Christmas) and elected to not return them, Instead I brought them to my hairdresser to color. That has turned out better, but they are still not what I ordered.....I had to cut approx. 2" off the length to achieve the universal thickness that I had been promised by the advertising. I am beyond disappointed. Never again.”
