“I ordered extensions from this company because two of my friends recommended. When I received my package and opened the hair I could tell right away that I was given the wrong color extensions. I ordered the Mochachino brown and what I was given was dark brown which did not match my hair even though the package read 1c. It was obvious that the extensions I was given were not the darkest brown. I called the customer care line and was not able to speak to anyone. I never received a call back. I guess I couldn't return because I already opened package and tore the no refunds/exchange sticker. I'm so upset and I feel like I've been played. I spend almost $350 of my hard earned money and can't do anything about it. I still have not been able to match my hair to these extensions. My hair is a dark brown almost black color and what I received was closer to medium brown. I do not recommend ordering from here. Not only was I played but customer service is awful.”
“I didn’t realize the difference in the Boo-gatti and the regular Bellissima extensions was the fact that the Boo-gatti extensions have a double banded row. I don’t like how bulky it is. It wasn’t described in the description so I can’t return it after opening. I literally am taking the $300 plus loss and had to bought a whole separate set of Bellissima extensions.”

Is some the clips keep opening here and there.... by them selves, they aren't the best quality. Other than that the hair is amazing thick from top to bottom and very soft.”
