“As a long time customer, I have had Bellami hair delivered to my address numerous times with no issues. Despite loving the quality of the products, I was very shocked when my purchase got delivered and I owed an additional $150.00. After paying over $500.00 already, including shipping fees, I was FURIOUS. When I contacted support I was told that Bellami was not responsible for additional charges. Ordering from different countries before, processing, duty, and shipping fees have always been added in my initial purchase fee.
Needless to say, that was the last time I will order from Bellami. I've told all my friends and due to the fear of having a surprise $150.00 charge, they will no longer be using Bellami either.”
“I ordered the BOO-GATTI set in Mochachino brown (1C) and the hair was much lighter upon arrival than expected, so much so that I had to dye it. The hair was very thick and luscious, however, this was lost after the second wash. The hair is very soft and there is little breakage but sheds quite a lot in comparison to other hair I have worn and doesn't hold a curl. The hanger was loose and wouldn't work within a week. I contacted customer services and although their advice didn't help they responded very quickly, which I was grateful for.
As I live in the U.K., I had to pay a customs charge which I obviously expected. It turned out to be an whopping £60.98?! Wasn't pleased about this and actually considered sending the hair back.
All in all the hair is okay, but the crazy customs charge has definitely put me off ordering from Bellami again.”
