“This order took almost over a month to show as shipped. Unfortunately I never received my purchase. Customer service said they'd open an investigation, but thats the last Ive heard. Im out almost $300 and never received my order.”
“Hello! I actually just wrote an email on Sunday, I love them, they are beautiful & thick. My only issue is the double clip one. I can't use it and will never get use out of it. I sent an email asking maybe if we can make it a single row of clips or something else. I would hate to waste all that hair. Overall they are beautiful! Thank you for asking!
