The color I choose is so much lighter and has red in it. I've ordered several different extensions in sat and was always happy and customer service was great. I called and e mailed them to see how to return and exchange for darker shade,( blogs are so true about your company) And no one has returned and of my requests. Never opened packaging as it was that much lighter I knew once I opened it and unrolled X it would really be light. My hair is dark dark brown almost black and I ordered darkest color. Also very Expensive to get stuff with something I can't use. Don't see you staying in business long at this rate because 9 out of 10 reviews online are Same as mine

Color matched perfectly and arrived on time. The hair quality and thickness of the hair is out of this world! I would definitely buy these again.

The hair extensions themselves were okay, but the customer service not so much. I ordered the product in November to receive them before Christmas / my birthday. I've ordered from Bellami many times before so I didn't think there would be a problem. When I received my package, they sent me the wrong color extensions. It was no problem, I sent them back with no trouble and was just waiting for the right ones to come in. A week later they were sent by overnight shipping. My dad was home all day, nothing came in but on the FedEx tracking it said it was delivered. I called FedEx and they said they were looking into it so I emailed Bellami and they told me it was out of their hands. I understand that they didn't lose my package themselves, but I do NOT think its okay for them to keep $300 I spent if I never received the product I paid for. So I called FedEx to file a claim, they said if I file one that Bellami gets my money on top of the money I had already paid. I was asked to call Bellami and ask them to file a claim and to reassure them they would be reimbursed for everything. So I called Bellami and had to convince them to file the claim for me (they weren't losing any money so they weren't interested). When they finally agreed they made me spend an extra $15 on top of the $300 I already spent due to "shipping". But as I said earlier I had talked to Fedex and they told me Bellami would be reimbursed for the product AND the shipping. I told Bellami this and they told me I still had to pay for my own shipping. I received my extensions the day after my birthday and Christmas already passed so I literally have no use for them right now. I used to love these extensions and the company and would recommend this product to anyone who asked about my hair but now I'm done ordering from a place that doesn't protect me. A good company does whatever they can to make sure their customers receive their product and love it. Bellami only cares about getting paid and doesn't mind screwing people over. I'm going to file a claim to the Better Business Bureau and let them know Bellami keeps people's money and products are not being received.
