“Don’t get me wrong these extensions are great. Little to no shedding, thick wefts, real hair. But I washed them once and the shine just went away and the quality decreased quite noticeably. They started to get matted quicker as I wore them and I’ve only had them like a month. My hanger came broken which sucks cuz that’s actually really important. I’ve ordered ALOT of hair extensions and these by far are the best for sure. I just wish they stayed shiny and soft. Also I wish I had a functioning hanger. I would definitely order them again I would just hold off on washing them. The only reason I washed them this time was because the color match was off so I had to dye them a bit darker. Maybe that had something to do with the quality decrease? Either way it shouldn’t have been so much so fast they’re all frizzy and matte now.”
“I never received my extensions. They told me to file a complaint with my mail provider, nothing has happened and I’m $300 out, with no extensions. Would not recommend.”
