I love the volume weft the most because you can wear it alone w/o the other pieces and still have full hair style.I dyed them with Arctic Fox hair dye so they wont get damaged and deep conditioned it after and the hair is still silky and shiny. “Hi my name is Sophie I purchased hair extensions off of you guys about three weeks ago. When I opened the box. The hair clips where falling off, and one was missing. I didn’t file a complaint to you guys because I would have send the hair back wait again for shipping to get a new one or wait even longer for a return. Also the gift of the pony tail was the wrong color it was dark brown and I have platinum blonde hair. I would definitely say I’m not the happiest customer paying all this money for hair and not getting what I’m paying. I hear to many horrible stories of Bellami having horrible customer service and returns or exchanges. I really wish there was a way I could replace my hair.
