“I tried to ask customer service to help me because my hair had tons of breakage and became very thin and wiry near the ends after just 1/2 a day of trying on the hair and not even styling or using heat on them. this was just a first impression try on and the hair never looked good right after. After speaking with customer service, they just ensured all extensions were like that and it was purposeful. Purposeful? Shedding and wispiness is on purpose?? SO expensive for the cost, and I've reached out on twitter, IG, etc. I DOUBT honest reviews come directly from emails onto their site...”
“Color matched perfectly! Although i feel like they do get tangled alot and they look like alot of pieces have been broken off, kinda like split ends on regular hair but all over. Also, One of my wefts clip came off and a good amount of hair falls off when brushing.”
