“The hair is very different in color then the pictures. I thought it would have a little more dimension but is just a light blonde color unlike the picture and video”

The test hair was all tangled up the bag was riped on the side so it looked like it was used i can’t imagine put something in my hair that was used already so I called and they said they don’t send used and I said then how would all this happen . They said idk ♀♀and they have had the hair back now for over 9 days now and still no refund. I will not be getting anything else from them because of that reason alone . You don’t hold someone’s money when you have the product back. Point blank not a happy at all with Bellami .”
“I order the butter blonde boogotti the hair was SUPER LATE I called customer service they told me in so many words they didn’t care and to just wait when I spent $400 on the hair really wtf!!!! That hair mats it sheds constantly and it still looks super shine my hanger was broken as soon as I inboxed the hair it’s so much negative things I can say about my experience especially for me to be referred!!!!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!”
“I sent the extensions back without opey because IF I actually OPENED the package I could not send the extentions back So how the heck am I suppose to decide IF I like the fullness, quality, band ? Cheaper, quality that you can actually check out is with other companies
Waste of my money to get these mailed to me as I have to pay for the return plus my TIME and couldn’t check them out They give you a small sample and you are suppose to GUESS if the package is fine and thick etc
Do NOT purchase extensions from thos place !!!”
