“I ordered these extensions and the color was so off from the original set. The dye lots were so far off I sent a picture to bellami customer service. This is where my problems really started. To back up a little, before I even purchased these I hs emailed the customer service department to identify which extensions I had ordered previously to ensure I would get the proper color. Bellami customer service was awful. I ordered these as a Black Friday special and was told I was not able to keep my free gifts or use the 10% off on my next order. I went round and round with someone in customer service over the shipping charges as well. It was not my fault the dye lots were so far off ( I wish I could submit a picture so you could see the difference ) and didn't feel the shipping costs should be my responsibility. Finally I am issued a call tag, I send the package back and wait for my full refund. When I get the refund information, I see the shipping charges have been deducted off of the amount and I was still in fact paying for the shipping even though I was sent a call tag to negate that. The fact that bellami thinks I am that stupid and wouldn't notice that charge enraged me. This would have been my third set of extensions I purchased from bellami a little over a course of a year. The way I was treated ensured that I will never purchase another product from them again. Had I had buyers remorse, or picked out an incorrect color on my own then I would understand and accept the fact that I was paying for shipping and also losing my free gifts. Unfortunately their quality control and consistency just wasent there and I the customer was expected to eat costs I shouldn't have.”
“I have ombre hair already and normally just buy blonde extensions and have my hairdresser dye them to match my blonde ends. I decided to buy already dyed ombre extensions. BIG MISTAKE. Along with the company being completely unreasonable regarding an issue I had with the shipping, the dye job on this looks like a 5 year old did it. I brought them into the salon to see if they were salvageable and my hairdresser was showing all of the other hairdressers how terrible it was. It looks like they legit dipped the ends of the extensions in bleach and called it a day. The pictures of this product are very misleading because they twist the hair into a pony in the picture. If they actually took a picture of the weft stretched out you would clearly see the straight line across. That is exactly how you DO NOT do ombre. Apparently they are really hard to dye as well, took my hairdresser 5 different times to get them to look decent. AND THESE COST $200! I will be ordering my extensions from Luxy from now on. TWO THUMBS DOWN BELLAMI!”
