“I'm very disappointment, with Bellami hair extensions, I purchased my first extension and I order the wrong color, I called and I email them several times and I didn't receive any call back, I did received an email that said that someone was going to get in touch very soon with me! Never got a call!!!! I end that ordering a new ones, the second ones quality is very poor! It said that is 100% human hair but it feels and it looks like 100% synthetic hair! What a waste of money!!!! I hope other people have has better luck them I Did.”
“After about a month of sending photographs back and forth. I finally went against my better judgment and went with Bellami's recommendation. Huge mistake! Also the tester matched my hair more than the whole set of extentions. So now I'm stuck with $200 set of extentions I can't use unless I custom color them!!! If that's the return policy make sure the set of extentions you're sending looks like the tester. I'm so completely disappointed with this company and the product I received. Also when being combed the hair just falls right out!! I will never purchase from Bellami again! Ombre 6/platinum was what I purchased.”

If your return policy is set up this way make sure the set of extentions matches the tester! It was completely misleading in my opinion! Also the hair just falls out way to easy while being combed, way more than the normal amount. I'm completely disappointed with bellami. I will not be buying from here again”
“I was so excited to get these because of all the good things I have heard! When my pair arrived I was a little sad about the ombre pattern of the hair. It does not look very natural and didn't look blended. I have had these extensions for a few months now and they are beginning to break, they've become dry, and they tangle and frizz quite significantly. I am no stranger to extensions and I BABY every pair I have. I am spending a lot of money, so I make sure I'm caring for my product correctly. If I could, unfortunately I would have chose a different set. The videos I've seen of other pairs seem so beautiful and full. Maybe I just didn't get a good pair. Ill be looking for a new pair very soon.. I guess just not Bellamis. :(”
