“I am so disappointed by your product and customer service. I saw many reviews on you tube raving about your products. I received the product and looked at the test strip thought they were a prefect match till I took the out in the sunlight and already took all the hair out to realize there was a blue silver tint to them. I email customer service with hopes of a response and they told me to take pictures with hopes of advice after a couple of days till they responded they said each batch has a different tint. to me platinum is platinum. I had another email from another order where the response time wasn't 24 hours and a canned none customer service response. I put silver conditioner on my hair in hopes to make it blonder the same one i use in my hair never had a problem now my hair took on the color. This is the worst experience I have had with a company like your. I will not be using you guys again or recommending you guys to anyone. Its sad because a lot of girls use you guys because of you send product to you-tubers and Kylie Jenner. I feel like it was false advertising. Thanks for the waste of 209.00 dollars which nothing to you guys but to me is so much money.”
“I received these extensions and I was really excited, however; the "tester" strip they give you to see the color is only one small clip in piece and you can not tell just from this the true color of the extension. I brought them to my hair dresser and she too was so very dissapointed with the colors as she has also been excited to try Bellami. She recommended I try to get a return or exchange but because I had opened the portion where all the extensions were to get the true color and feel of the hair they refuse to return or exchange my extensions. These extensions are orange brown on the top and a green blonde on the bottom. My hair dresser is concerned to dye them because of the extensive dying she will have to do to get a good color. Very dissapointed with the color and with the customer service to help with my issue. Will not be buying from Bellami again.”
