“The color wasn’t as described on the website at ALL! Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I opened them so now I can’t return. They were super yellow (they were supposed to be platinum) and since I couldn’t return them I decided to try and shampoo them with purple shampoo. Well, The ends turned from yellow to purple (I did not let the purple shampoo sit on them). Then they were completely dried out like straw. So unfortunately I wasted $200 and there’s nothing I can do. Super disappointed”
