Was supposed to match. Well instead they sent me BRIGHT ORANGE and super blonde extentions. I only opened the tester so I was able to exchange it took FOREVER for the representative to send me the packing slip. (They wanted me to pay shipping. Even though they sent me orange extentions.)
Took probably a good 3-4 weeks to get my new extentions back.
This time I figured it was probably better to buy a lighter brown with blonde ombré.
This time I got the box and opened it and it was PASTEL PINK & Blonde. I literally wanted to but I didn't have the time to keep emailing and getting sent a new pair. So I kept them. And let's just say. I'll never wear them in my life. Such a waste of $200+”
