“I really liked the color. I wish that you sold them in 14 or 16" because the 20" are just way too long, I had to have them cut otherwise they look way too much like you're actually wearing extensions to other people. Don't think I will purchase again though because for thin haired people like me I find the clips to be way too bulky. I have to really try my best to blend them so they don't show through and they hurt my scalp (I used to wear the Euronext brand which were perfect for thin hair). Other than that I do like the different color options and the blonde platinum ombre matched me perfect!”
“Love the extensions and everyone I talked to was very nice but horrible customer service. My boyfriend ordered a set for me for Christmas and paid for priority shipping for them to get here before Christmas. They didn't come until the day after and they weren't the set we had ordered. I got in contact with some very nice girls named Christine, Aryshia, and Priscilla. I sent them pictures of the wrong ones and was told that once they could see the wrong ones were in transit back to California, that they would send the correct set. I sent them in on a Tuesday and they got to California from Massachusetts in less than 24 hours. A couple days past, no new set. I emailed again and was told I would receive a tracking number within 2 business days and if I didn't, to email again. I didn't receive it and emailed again and was told the same exact thing. This happened 3 times. Finally I gave up and ended up receiving the extensions 8 business days after I had sent the old ones back when I was told 1 to 3 business days. I also never received the tracking number I was told 3 times I would receive. I ended up asking for the original $50 of priority shipping back which I did receive and I was given a Mini Mi flat iron for the inconvience. I was just confused as to why I could get the wrong set back in less than 24 hours but my new set didn't come for 8 business days. I needed these extensions before Christmas to do a photoshoot and I ended up loosing the job because the right set didn't come in until January 14th so they found a different girl for it. This was my first time ordering from Bellami and I was disappointed with the service but happy with the quality of the extensions and also happy with the friendly staff.”
