Customer service on the other hand was extremely poor. I lost count how many times I had to email the same question without getting a response. Your website states you respond within 24 hours & for most of my emails I didn't get a response. The others took days if not weeks.
Tha most important part of running a business is giving outstanding customer service & unfortunately your business lack this terribly.”
“I loved them for the first week, they were so soft and thick. The second week they got so dry (I use very good caution on cleaning my extensions) These shed so so so much, I even had them cut yesterday and they still feel so dry. I've bought other extensions and have personally dyed and fried them but they have never felt like straight up cotton.”
“It's beautiful in color and the ombre is perfectly melted. My only issue is my hair isn't light enough for them but I'm beginning the process of going lighter. 160 set is good for fine to medium hair. I should have bought the 200 plus set but I was being cheap.”
