“This was my first time ordering from Bellami, but make no mistake I am no hair extension virgin. As an international order I had to pay extra in shipping as well as 40 extra just to get it from the post. So this hair was an investment to say the least. It arrived quicker than I thought it would. Which was great. The packaging and hair hanger it comes with is adorable as well as practical! The hair of is good quality thick from root to tip ( given the ends have been dyed very light blonde so are a bit thiner on the bottoms but not too bad) I have worn them only occasionally but they remain soft and silky. One thing I will be weary of is they come VERY light. So unless your hair is a 4 or lighter I would go with the 1b ones. I will say the ombre is amazing! Its is beautiful if it matched my hair it would blend perfectly I am sure. I would dye them however there is NO way I could recreate how perfectly blended the brown is with the blonde. I would have sent them back but wasnt interested in paying more to ship them back and then more to get from post again. One thing that really discouraged me from wanting to order again from here was the costumer service was terrible. I ordered them with the summer pony promo. I ordered a 1b to blonde pony. It came in GREY to blonde. Which wouldve been great if I was attending a halloween function but this is not obviously the case. It wasnt even a natural color it was seriously shiny silver grey. Bellami informed me that they do not follow a color chart. Which I felt was a bit unfair to say since on the site it clearly states 1b to platinum blonde. As for the photo on the site I screen shotted it I knew what I was expecting and it is not what I got. I wrote Bellami and after much back and fourth they agreed to send me a new one. It has been over a month and I still have not received the new one. I spent hundreds with this company and it seems once they get your money you dont matter. They were very corporate in theyre responses to me and flat out mean. A company to me is more than its products it is also how it treats its costumers. The bottom line is with so much uncertainty in the colors and product I would not order from them again or recommend them to a friend.”
“I received these over a month ago. They may say that they are a #2 however they are not. I would say they are a four maybe even lighter. The ombre blend is perfect! Beautiful so perfect in fact that I would dye them darker however there is no way I could recreate the perfect brown to blonde blend. (I did not attend beauty school so I will leave the blending to the professionals hence ordering from Bellami and spending hundreds) The same for the summer pony promo that came with the extensions. It said 1b and was literally silver grey to blonde. Costumer service was very mean girls about it and while they finally after much back and fourth agreed to send me a new pony still havent. It has been over a month. I think a company is not just its products it is also how it treats its costumers and based on how I was treated I was left feeling ripped off and having spent hundreds on something I wont use. Unless your super rich and can afford to trash hundreds I would not order from them because once you do they arent helpful or even nice. You would think a company would apologize for advertising one color and sending you another but then they hold you responsible to pay for the shipping back and fourth is wrong.
