“I usually buy two packages of Satin Strands from Sally's beauty and sew it myself, but wanted to try ombré. It's about the same price. This was a big disappointment. I was excited by the tester and opened the package -- and the ombré ends looked purple! Like they were too toned with a purple toner. I can probably fix with a clarifying shampoo but I shouldn't have to.
The hair does not seem like a lot for what you have for. 2 small, small sections, 4 little clips, 2 medium sized ones for the top of your head and then just two bigger ones. It doesn't seem like my hair is as thick as with Satin Strands, as silky or as long. If you haven't tried many brands and know what's out there - you might like these.
I also experienced terrible customer service. I ordered $50 express shopping overnight on a Wednesday and they didn't attempt to deliver until Monday. I had to pick up from the post office on Tuesday.
When I called the post office Saturday, they said I could be refunded but Bellami would have to do it as the sender. I emailed customer service and they said it can take 3 days so they never even tried to get my refund even though the post office said I was eligble with Priority Express 1 day shipping. Bellami did not even respond to my second email.
At least now I know better.”
