“This is my second set of Bellamis... After loving my first set, I decided to order a second set (I wanted to change the color up a bit by adding some blonde ombre)...
I should have stopped at one. When the set I ordered arrived, I was missing a promotional item and when I opened the tester the tester piece was damaged (hair was breaking off from the center down). Upon further inspection the texture of the hairs tester piece was rough and EXTREMELY over processed. I then took my original 220G bellamis and placed them next to the ombre set. The ombre set looked like a cheap extension next to the original 220G. I couldn't believe these came from the same company :(
When I contacted Bellami I received a standard reply back that answered NONE of my ACTUAL questions... such as: does the entire hair package come from the same weft in a line or does a tester clip come from a "tester" pile (I was hoping that they would tell me that the hair is different and comes from different sections, not in one weft row thinking the rest of the hair could be goo) NOPE NOTHING!
To make things worse, I spent $35 in shipping needing these for a sudden wedding...
All they said was "I could return it," at my cost. Even returning them is going to cost me and the dreaded returning process and 2 week delay to get my money back. This is NOT MY FAULT and now I won't have thick, long, beautiful hair for that special day!
BAD QUALITY OF HAIR & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE = I will now take my money someplace else as each package of hair is different and they can not deliver quality 100% of the time. I have one major question... HOW DID THE HAIR I RECEIVED GET PAST QUALITY CONTROL???”
