They still haven't arrived nor shipped

It has been 38 days since I purchased and was charged for my ombré 220g 22" hair extensions, and although I have received an email asking to "review my order" I have yet to receive a confirmation that my product has even been shipped to me. As I understand, my product is on back order until the unforeseen future. I have contacted customer support 5 times now- and although all of my emails were quickly responded to, I was never given an accurate date of when to except my extensions. I was told by one gal they were receiving a shipment at the end of July, (today is August 8th) and then later told by a different rep, not to expect them to even come into the warehouse until mid August- neither of which could confirm or guarantee either dates. I have a wedding on the 16th and a photoshoot on the 18th and at this point I have given up all hope I will have them before these major events, of which were part of the decision to purchase this hair. Since they have not been shipped I have the option to return them and get my money back, but that isn't what I want to do. I want the hair I purchased over a month ago. I want golden locks of friggin magic flowing from my angelic head, I want to whip my hair around and make people cry and faint at the beauty of my incredible flowing mane. In all seriousness, if anything, I think this needs to be addressed; If you have items on back order- yet are still allowing people to "purchase" them- you should, as a company who is being paid hundreds of dollars per order, at the very least keep your paying customers updated and clearly informed as to when they should be expecting the product they have already paid for. It doesn't say on the website nor via email when to expect anything that's on back order. Did I take a huge gamble by purchasing something on back order? Absolutely. Will I ever get the hair I have already paid for? Obviously. Will it be worth it? I sure effing hope so. Will I ever use this company again? If my expectations are met and exceeded 100% by the actual product then, probably. Do I think they should (at the very least) throw in some free gifts for my frustration and complete lack of satisfaction? YES. The fact alone that I received and email asking me to "review and rate my order/experience" before I even received my hair is almost comedic. I'm sorry bellami hair, but you asked for it. Was excited to try these extensions, but very disappointed that the clip broke after only a few days and I can no longer use an entire row of the clip ins

I absolutely love them. People are stunned at how real they look on me. I toned them myself to a beigey blonde. Thank you !!

I'm very happy with my new extensions, is so much hair that I don't even use all of them. Thanks bellami to make me feel beautiful again
