Shipping took too long.
Received my item without the bag and without the hanger it was supposed to come with. Had to email the company and let them know they forgot the rest of my items I purchased.
Hair had a strong smell to it.
What really made me disappointed is I gave the hair a light wash and as I was washing the hair all the black was washing off!! And bleeding through the blonde!!!!! Very disappointed with this situation!
I ended up buying plain black also and found out the black hair I purchased was also dyed and washes off when you wash the hair.
