I've been purchasing Luxyhair.com's ombre blonde extensions for a while now, and have been dying the root hairs 1B, off-black/brownish black (1B is my root hair color) in order for them to match my root hair color (1B). I wanted to try Bellami's ombre extensions because I wouldn't have to do through the hassle of dying them and compromising their quality (washing wrecks your extensions little by little), but was disappointed to find these these aren't really ombre extensions. The bottom few inches are platinum blonde, and about half of the hair (basically the middle area of the hair extensions) is a layer of platinum blonde hair, layered underneath a layer of 1B off-black hair. The two hair colors aren't blended into each other at all; I'm not sure if this will help explain, but basically if I were to comb my hair a certain way I could pretty much block out all the platinum blonde underneath with the 1B hairs that are layered top of them (the bottom few inches are still platinum blonde though, it's just the middle of the extensions that're horribly striated). How in the world is this an ombre? The transitions between the 1B and platinum colors are also harsh and very blocky, almost like they used a straight stencil to dye the hair in different sections. Then finally, the few up-most inches of hair (basically the area where they clip into your hair) are 1B. Layering platinum blonde underneath a layer of 1B off-black hair DOES NOT produce an ombre effect. To be honest, the blockiness of the dyed sections and the dual-layer of 1B on platinum blonde hair makes me look like the Bride of Frankenstein, or even Pepe le Pew. I wish I could post pictures. Anyways, if you want a gradient, nicely-transitioning sort of ombre effect in your hair, skip these. Go for Luxy's ombre sets instead. Other than these not being ombre, the quality is nice and you get a lot of hair for a decent price. I decided to simply dye over the platinum blonde with a brown-black permanent dye instead of returning them. *shrug* They're not all that bad... They're just not ombre, which is what I was looking for. Also, I e-mailed Bellami three times (tried to "Ask a Question" twice on this product page and never got a response) to ask at which point do these extensions transition from 1B into platinum blonde. First responder told me "these extensions come in 20" and 22," completely missing my question. *Facepalm* I e-mailed again and clarified, at what point down from the top of the extensions do these extensions start to turn platinum blonde? For example, with my Luxies they're 9" off-black, and then ombre into a nice dirty blonde for the remaining 11". Second responder told me sorry, we don't have that information available right now. I e-mailed a third time saying, "okay, when will that info be available to me?" Third responder told me that the transition of these extensions would be exactly the same as my current ombre Luxies. I was thrilled and then promptly ordered them, and well... No, they are not at all 9" off-black, and then platinum blonde for the remaining length. For anyone interested, the platinum blonde under-layer first appears after 6.5" of off-black. Haven't had a very good experience so far with Bellami, tbh. I'll be returning to Luxyhair.com.

I purchased extensions from this website before and I didn't relieve them for months and it was the wrong color. Ever since I have used foxy locks extensions and I love it. I decided to give it another shot and ordered these ombré extensions about 11 days ago. I have yet to receive any confirmation emails or anything, but the money has been taken out of my account. I emailed them 3 times and get the same response every time on addressed to a different name with different order numbers every time none of which were mine. I try calling and it hangs up on me I needed these by the 25th of this month but I do not think that will happen and I do not know what color I will receive. I am extremely unsatisfied and I will never order again. The one star was only because I liked the product once I finally did get it. The service deserves no stars. I recommend foxylocks hair extensions!!! Great service every time and beautiful extensions!!!

I have not had the chance to see or play with my Bellami Hair Extensions due to its backorder status, I ordered my extensions on the 9th of June and have not yet received my order, it has been over a month and no new updates or notifications have been sent to my email. If you plan on ordering these make sure you order them 3-4 months ahead of time if you want them asap. HOW ANNOYING!
