“It could be better quality as in texture and just the look of the ends.. I had to immediately change the color. So now I had to spend even more money on my brand new extensions. Won't buy anything from this company ever again!”
“The product I received was a good color but I don't think I would buy again the extensions were completely straight so it looked similar to how straight a barbie doll hair looks like and the texture seemed almost synthetic. I had to go to the salon to get it trimmed and they cut it way too short, what makes me upset is i spent all this money on the extension, then had to pay more to get it cut yet I paid additional to get a longer length. If the photo actually showed how barbie cut the hair was, I wouldn't have even bothered to buy. Ones at my local store are good to go the moment you buy, this add an additional step and additional cost.”
