“The iron itself seems to be really good quality with a lovely matte finish. The swivel cord makes it much easier to maneuver, especially when doing your own hair. The plates are high quality and has no snagging. The heating is even and quick so I’ve been able to use a lower heat setting than with other flat irons which reduces the risk of heat damage.”
