“It looks like I am the only one who had a horrific experience with this straightener. This is by far the worst straightener I have ever purchased. It snagged and fried my hair after only few uses. I would not recommend.”
“This straightener is horrible! The temperature adjuster doesn't work. The piece that holds the plates melted onto the plates and now there's black stuff on them and smells awful. It burns my hair and makes it smell burnt. Horrible product. Do not buy.”
“Pros. I received the product fast, it looks great, it straighten my hair, it doesn't pull my hair, great price. Cons: although it straighten my hair, it makes my hair ends feel dry and damaged. The little knob where it sets the temp doesn't show how hot you have it :(, if it was digital that would be great and you wouldn't have to guess.”
