Bellami is forever my go to for hot tools and hair extensions, I love my 6in, my mini straightener and my runway flat iron they are all stunning in quality as well as all the hair extensions. If I could ever recommend any hot tools it would be from Bellami for sure, I am in love with all the products and I can't wait to get more!!!”
“I recently purchased this flat iron and it's probably one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made. The flat iron "heats up" to 450 degrees but you have to have it at 450 degrees for it to get hot enough to actually straighten. It doesn't get hot enough anywhere below 450. They also claim that the flat iron heats up within "8-10 seconds" which is not true. Mine takes up to more than three minutes to properly heat up. The flat iron also tugs at my hair which is both painful and harming to my hair. If I were to return this flat iron I would have to pay the shipping return fees which will be about $10-15 on top of the ridiculous shipping fees they charged me($15.99). If I choose to return it, I will be losing money rather than getting my money back for a cheap product that WAS NOT worth the buck. I do not recommend this product. You can get a much better quality flat iron for the same price at a company that has much better customer service and much more reasonable shipping prices.”
