“When I took it out of the package it was so light, long and fluffy. It looked like synthetic hair I figured maybe it was because it was the length and thickness. But now that it’s in it tangles and gets matted like synthetic hair. This was the worst 300$ I spent on hair. I am so disappointed. I don’t think I can ever get this hair again. A big waste of my money. I can’t even brush the tangles out.”
