“The curl didnt hold as long as I needed it to. But it is a great iron. But the ORIGINAL Runway Flat iron is amazing. The first Runway. Not sure yet about the new runway that I have recently also purchased since the plates in my old Runway cracked and I was devastated. I tried to get someone to reply to me but could not because it was a gift. I truly was not happy about it. But there was nothing you can do when someone will not reply back to you. I LOVE THESE IRONS. JUST DO NOT LIKE THE LACK OF OR NO COMMUNICATION! I would have really liked since help in my original RUNWAY! BUT RECIEVED NOTHING. But I recently purchased a runway and 2/ 2 in 1 flat irons. One of which was for a gift.”
