“i really had my hopes up for this product but it was a total disappointment. first of all the straightener was not that strong and i had to spend a lot of time on a small strand of hair. also when the tool heats up it heats both of the sides which means u can’t get really close to your roots. also, the product is supposed to go up to 450 ° but it only goes to 410 for me. for the money and the duty i paid for this product, it was not worth it.”
