“When I first opened the package and peeled off the protective tape over the control button area it was trying to pull off the top piece as well. I just pushed it back in and clicked it into place. Idk how much the buttons were suppose to show but it works. Expected it be hotter. My Babyliss works better as my flat iron though.”

“I kept seeing videos on Facebook, wonderful this and that, BUT it dries your hair gently used, low temp,however you use it curled or straight, any way! Doesn’t come with a glove. The type of plate it is pulls my hair too. Idk maybe my hair is too Mexican for it ♀”
