I should’ve just bought a fuller sized straightener as this doesn’t really straighten & takes forever to do so. I expected more as I have the 6-1 & we loved that so this was a disappointment for us.”

“I was so excited to receive this 2 in 1. Once I received it I was very disappointed. It didn’t heat very hot at all although it said it reached 410 degrees. I tried straightening my hair with it and it didn’t do anything. When I called customer service I was informed all styling tools are final sale. After hanging up I looked online and didn’t see anywhere on the 2 in 1 curling/flat iron page about it being final sale. This was an expensive styling tool to be so horrible.”
