We don't have reviews for BELLAMI 2-IN-1 Curler & Flat Iron Thermal Styling Tool. Please check back later.

I'm on the road all the time for work and it's a pain to have to take two tools. This tool makes amazing blowout-quality curls in no time at all, plus, I can go for a straight look too, although I mostly do touch-ups with the straightener.

Unfortunately, I can't give a good review. The styling tool came damaged in the box. I sent an email to the company and never received a response. I'm not sure if I would purchase from this company again.

I makes really pretty curls but when it comes to straightening, it sucks and doesn't really work. Totally worth it for the curls only tho!!!

I have had the 2 in 1 curler and flat iron for less than one month and the rose gold part of the iron has come off. I've only use it 5 times the most and this has already happened. I was expecting more as my other curling iron and flat iron from nume last more than 8 years

Hi bellami team, So I purchased this tool on July 3rd and it came the 11th. I was so excited to use it but I think I must have gotten a defective one because it will turn off in the middle of heating up and rarely ever gets all the way to 350 . If I get lucky and it does, it will turn off while I’m using it and have to restart and again will turn off while heating up. I emailed customer service a while ago and never got a response. If you read this I would really appreciate being sent a new one!! I leave for college soon so I would really love to have a working iron lol. Let me know if there’s anything you can do :) - Bonnie Charles

This hair styling tool is just OK. I like the dual purpose of it, but be careful as you can burn your fingers trying to use it the first times, plus it doesn’t come with a glove to protect your hands, so hard to use it as a curling iron, or a pouch to pack it or protect surfaces, as the outer areas of the tongs are just as hot as the inner sides. My hair also gets stuck, pulled and I feel it’s cause more damaged than other Remington or CHI tools that I’ve used in the past. The highest temperature is 410 degrees and it feels more like 350-375. I’ve never had to increase a styling iron’s temperature to its maximum, not even on a $15 Conair, but this one seems very weak temperature-wise. Needless to say, Bellami is not a high quality styling tool. It’s priced as If it was, but I can guarantee you it isn’t. In fact, I’m still not sure what makes its price point so high. Maybe just a marketing tactic. Lastly, be careful if you’re trying to return the tool if you’re not happy with it. I tried to do it right after the first use and they came back saying “we gladly accept returns for unused items fully packed.” Huh? how in heaven am I supposed to know if I liked the product or not if I didn’t try it first?
