“Never got item and contacted Bellami 2 ocassions with no solution from their side. They asked me to contact USPS and they never tried to help at all for the package gets to the customer! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Still don’t have the package with me”
“I love bellami but this flat iron was not it. The flat iron and packaging was really cute but don’t waste your money. The flat iron doesn’t open up wide enough and the plates kept ripping my hair out. I put it on the highest setting and I still had to go over my hair like 3 times. So sad that this product didn’t work :(”

“I was really excited to receive this straightener with my first-ever purchase of hair extensions. I had really high hopes for it but it is extremely underwhelming and disappointing. For starters, there is a section between the plates and the outer part of the straightener that gets caught in my hair every time I run it through, and it rips out chunks of hair. Secondly, it does not open wide enough at all, despite the lock being being off, and even at the highest heat setting I find that I'm going over the same piece of hair over and over and it still won't fully straighten it. I wish 0 stars were an option to give this straightener.”

“Okay so I really wanted to love the flat iron and am so sad that this tool was just not it. After reading the reviews, I decided to go for it. I have naturally curly and very thick hair. I was in need of a new straightener to replace my old one and when I saw this collab I purchased quickly. Shipping was so fast and the packaging is AMAZING. MY favorite color is pink so it wasn't hard to win me over. However, the quality of the iron is not 5 star. I used it for the first time yesterday to straighten my hair and I had to stop and use my old one to finish the job. I used the highest temperature setting (410 for coarse hair) - my old flat iron goes up to 455. I had to go over the same strand of hair multiple times before all my curls were "straight". Also, the lock clamp on my flat iron was just weird. It kept locking as if the little lock switch was broken or loose which was so frustrating because it would just not stay open! I could continue using this flat iron but it would just take triple the time to straighten my hair which is not convenient for me. If you have thick, curly, and actual coarse hair I would not recommend the flat iron (maybe I got a defective one idk but, my experience wasn't impressive). I'd recommend this flat iron if your hair is between thin and slightly thick but already have naturally straight or loose wavy hair. I don't want to get rid of it but I may pass onto my sister in law who has short and straight-ish hair :( Hope this helps someone!”
