“I’ve been a loyal customer ever since knowing about Bellami and have raved about them to everyone I know. This last purchase my package got lost in transit and they shipped out a replacement not informing me that it’s final sale. Why would this replacement be final sale?!? It wasn’t my fault that the package was lost! I purchased this product as a regular priced item NOT final sale. What happens between a company and a carrier is not my problem nor my fault BUT bellami thinks otherwise. Apparently, it’s the customers fault because now after I have returned the replacement they sent out to me they will not refund my money! They have kept $150.00 of my hard earned money!!!
They received my package and informed me that they can’t refund because it’s final sale. Again, I didn’t not purchase nor agreed on anything being final sale. They have now kept their product AND kept my money!!! To make matters worse..when I had finally received my extensions I noticed that they looked very thin. I pulled out my old set of extensions and yes in fact their previous quality was way way way better. Not impressed by their product quality nor their integrity!!!”
