“I went to go purchase the 1b black clip-in ponytail 20” which i was very excited for! I went online added my card information and was than given the conformation email. About a week went by and still no hair or an update. I called the customer service number and she said they were on back order and the website didn’t mention that at all. The girl on the phone said that by next week they would have some in so, i decided to wait another week. A whole week went by and once again i got nothing. When i called customer service she said that they did get new merchandise in just not the one i ordered. At that point i had to cancel my order i was really hoping to get the Hair for an event I had the following weekend. I’m very disappointed as this was my first time ever ordering from the site and was under the impression that everything was in stock when it wasn’t.”
“ordered one of the clip in pony-tails on MAY 6TH (It is now June 6th). After not receiving a dispatch email within 48 hours I contacted Bellami to see what the deal was, and the rep proceeded to tell me that item was on back order which was NOT disclosed on the website which I told her and even sent her a screenshot of the site at that moment for that item to prove to her there was nothing stating that. The rep was nice enough, however didn’t do anything other then apologize. Bellami didnt offer any kind of discount code for future or ANYTHING which I thought was shocking as they weren't expecting a new order for another 2-4 weeks. She offered to refund & cancel the order, however Im canadian so I would lose on the exchange if they processed a refund which I was not happy about and not willing to do.
I FINALLY got a dispatch email on May 22nd saying it was on route from LA (I live in Vancouver....you could throw my package here faster then its taken to get delivered) and i STILL HAVNT GOTTEN IT!!!!! The tracking today states it was "undeliverable because the addressee was unavailable" today at 12:29 pm when I had it shipped to my work which is a chartered bank which is open regular business hours soooo I can't possibly understand how it was undeliverable at 12:30 on a tuesday...
At this point this ponytail better be made of unicorn tears and gold because this has been such a headache and I will likely never order from Bellami again unless im blown away by the quality which unfortunately im not expecting based on other reviews. So so so dissapointed in this entire experience.”
