“Both items were horrible quality. Extensions were fried and damaged, looked like they were used before. Pony tail would not stay on. Hair got tangled and ruined quickly by just trying to put on. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend for the price!!!”

“This product was nice when I used it the first 3 times and its been about 12 uses now and everyone can tell its fake/synthetic hair. It gets tangled within 5 minutes and it is not shiny anymore. I have never put heat on it and I washed it once and the color got super dull after I washed it. I don't really use this product unless I'm doing a high bun because you can't really tell it's fake hair. Also the little clin/grup used to secure the ponytail wrap in place is super loose now. It's just kinda a crappy product.”
“Im not sure whether its the weight of the pony or the lack of clips on it, or a combination of both. but its a great idea, however this ponytails is impossible to secure in place without a million bobby pins.. it defeats the purpose of it being a one step solution. Id much rather use regular clip ons to create the pony tail look.”
