“I originally ordered the wrong shade and Bellami was very responsive and quick to get my order exchanged for the right one. However, with the new set the sample was styled and with the old one it wasn't. It makes me wonder if it was used or not. Other than that I'm satisfied with the overall quality of the extensions and the quick and easy ordering process.”
