“To be fair, i've only used bellami clip ins because i've never liked another. I'm a cosmetologist so i love getting dolled up to impress my clients. I ALWAYS recommend your clip ins to other stylist & to my clients. This time, however, i'm very disappointed. I don't know if this is because of the company itself or the shipping company but my clip ins were very thin and trashy (matted). And the packaging was torn. I ordered them for a function for my job and it took me forever to detAngle them which caused more thinning & curl them to blend with my hair with a bunch of product so they wouldn't look as trashy! I'm not the type to discourage my clients from purchasing because i loved my previous orders from you guys! I'm just disappointed. Especially because this was a very important event and i wanted to represent my industry & my business very well.”
